Tree Planting

Club members, cub scouts and parents spent a few hours on Earth Day planting 45 seedlings donated by Rotary International, one for each club member. Sugar maples, red and white oaks were planted at the McKeon Reserve (off of Blanchard Road) which is part of the Mousam Way Land Trust. The soil was rocky and holes were difficult to dig, but the scouts worked hard and got the job done.
