Thank you so much for your interest in helping with our Fall plans at the Kita Center. We have a lot to take care of before we close down for the Winter, so anything you can do to help us is amazing!! 
 
Just a reminder of the details for the day: 
Volunteer Day on Saturday Nov. 8th from 9:00am-2:00pm
114 E Shore Drive, Acton
 
What to Bring: Lunch, snacks, water bottle, gloves, sun hat, water shoes, sneakers, sunscreen, and any useful tools (such as rakes, clippers, tarps, etc.)
 
When you get here we will have a table set up for you to sign a waiver.
 
Here are some tasks we are hoping to get to:
 
Install new hooks
Add shower racks, rods, and hooks
Stock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Install towel dispensers near main sink
Paint doors
Set up dining hall
Clean up waterfront toys, move to art cabin porch?
Take down soccer net (or just move into art cabin?)
Put away merchandise for winter in totes
Put away lifejackets in totes for winter
Make shelving in South Bathhouse closet using old bunk materials
Put Out Mice Repellants
Put Kayaks from Respite Cabin Indoors
Shelving in Medical Cabin Closet?
Dining hall tables and chairs
Kitchen equipment and dining equipment moving
Deflate StandUp Paddle Board and store in its bag
Install Curtain Rods (East Quarters, Bunk 3, 4, 5)
Mattress Protectors
Metal shelves in bathroom
Remove stickers from windows
